Judging by their other stock, it could have quite easily have been chopped in for something a little more “exotic”.It may not be totally logical, but I'm always a bit wary of relatively new high-end cars like that that aren't in the main dealer network. My first question is "why?".
Safwat specialise only in high end cars and seek out sellers offering them more than Main Dealers with trade in. They sell below MB dealers and operate on a smaller margin (they do not have flashy retail premises to maintain). The badges on the rear are the other way round from mine? Mine has Sl63 on the left and AMG on the right. Maybe it was changed?

I think it was 2017 when they changed them over. My 213 has the AMG on the left, the 212 had it on the right.
