Hi all, its been a long time since I've posted and I know I haven't posted much at all but looking for a bit of advice really.

My father has fallen ill and is no longer able to drive his Mercedes any more. It's a 1999 plate with very low mileage(less than 15000) and just basically need to know how much its worth. I won't say what model it is as I don't want to break any rules unless I get the ok.

Thanks. The car is a 1999 (V) SL 280 with 12475 miles on the clock. Car is in mint condition apart from a dead batt where it has not been driven for a while. The car even still has the original plastic over the seat belts and black protecting tape over the side sills. If I can also remember correctly the cd changer packed in so has replaced it with an aftermarket cd player.

It was his pride and joy and more so a trophy in his eyes when he purchased it. Just a shame that he can't drive it because of being paralysed from a stroke.

I can't offer you any pricing advice, but I do want to say I'm sorry to hear about your father's condition. It's an awful thing. I hope he improves.

Thank you, it's terrible as he was so active.
It's been really difficult to price the car up as I have not yet found a similar example anywhere else.
