NTG 2.5 just been installed W211

Ive just had my APS 50 upgraded to an NTG 2.5 and an iPod integration kit using a company called OEM Retrofits in West Yorkshire. However there are a few issues which they were unable to sort.

Although the Bluetooth phone does work and the steering wheel controls work, I am unable to view anything on my dashboard. 'Tel' isn't there as an option.

My iPod can be viewed on dash but there is no sound. All functions work as they should I can control through steering wheel. Can't view anything on head unit though it just states iPod.

I have a poor radio signal and again switching on the hrw seems to affect this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like some Coding issues.

Looks like the company you've used 'aint all that' as they say.

Poor radio reception when retrofitting NTG2.5 in W211 is a known issue. Unless you change the antenna system and amps to the newer system NTG2.5 cars have not much can be done.

Other issues sound like coding issues.

I had my NTG 2.5 retro fitted to my C270 Cdi and drove from Lancashire to COMAND online.

Yes its a long way but I made a day out of it and I am very glad I used their services as I have not had a single issue.
Its the best upgrade I have done as I use the satnav a lot..

Very, very impressed.
