I think the real lucky ones out of that lot were the group in the convertable.

Can't believe anyone ever said the 'Ring was dangerous!!!

Nearly all rear engined or BMWs as someone commented.

Slow in, fast out was the rule to (literally) live by for the rear engined cars of the era.

Every BMW I've had has been tail happy.
