O2 sensors. Is there difference betn front and rear ?

Hi I was wondering if there is any difference in the type of sensor used pre cat and post cat. (Oxygen sensors)
I'm shopping around for them on ebay and find that the NGK front (pre cat) is about 59 but the rears are around 99.
Can anyone tell me the difference in the 2 parts ?

Length of wire, the sensor itself is the same.

$40 is a lot a difference just for length of wire.
Are you sure there is no difference in resistance of sensor ?

You will be chasing your tail, quite often the connectors are different so they cant be mixed up. Just use the right one.

Don't buy the NGK type. They are terrible. Bosch or genuine only.
