On my W140..
Cold air comes out at gale force 6, hot air comes out at gale force 0.0001.
Heat is correct, can hear fan spinning fine and when on manual control, you can hear the valves opening / closing fine to direct air to different vents.
re-circ or fresh air modes makes no difference.
Its almost like the heater matrix is blocked - but this is unlikely as it used to work, now doesnt.
ive never seen a diagram of how the vents open and close - anyone seen one?
Did the individual test cycle of all the vents - and they all worked.
Anyone shed any light? its somthing silly I know - like the main air vent diverter valve vacuum doofer has gone wrong...
