Odd problem with convienence features

So recently the passenger mirror has stopped dipping when the car is in reverse. Tried switching sides on the mirror selector switch but no joy. Also I now cant close or open the windows using the key fob. Any ideas as to what's going on?

Car is 2008 E320 CDI W211
