That list looks like a repair forum, the last 3 columns show the fault and the parts used to fix it, the actual fault that the unit had is not shown, with a SMD component the max legs that you can hand solder is around 20 by flooding and de soldering, over 20 and you need a special set up

Just re thinking on this, it could be just describing the output device, this is the bit that normally fails through overload. Dead or crackle and pops etc.
In the code section it show the factory enter number if you have not got the pin code, or this could be the enter number for the options and set up

Blaupunkt Atlanta RCM196 BP8629 is my one but in black. Its a tape deck. Got a alpine mp3 player to go in but im just liking the OEM tape deck player with CD changer alot. good enough sound but i dont even know the tape deck works! need to find a casette from somewhere to try out!
I believe you can buy an Alpine adapter that makes your stock mercedes cd changer work with the Alpine head unit although im not shure
