Just put my feet up on the desk while sitting in the leather high backed office chair i have had for about 5 months now and went a**e over t** off the back ....

Guess the bolts must have worked loose !

Everyone get your allen keys out and check the bolts underneath your chairs or the same fate could befall you .........
