Any opinions as to the best one out there ?

I need to cache/proxy a sat internet connection for about 50 users.....

It depends - if you need the following -

web filtering
content inspection & avscan
bandwidth throttling

Then get a small Bluecoat 210 with a Proxy AV (content inspection and av scanner)

Yes it will cost you but it has all the extra functionality above.
