offside Artico bolter cushion splits

from what I can see this right hand (as you sit in the seat) bolster ...seems to split a lot
At first I thought it was me... and I'd scratched it... but it seems not
Are these a weak point and should I say to Mercedes at my next service (all paid for under their plan) i want it fixed...
NEVER split a seat before...

Its Artico crap, a common problem.
Years ago MB use to be a class act not now.
