If an oil type is approved by MB to certain spec sheet ('Approved' as opposed to 'Meets') - does it really matter which virgin oil grade was used to achieve this result?
I don't disagree that some oils are better than others, however my question would be if an oil type is approved by MB to their exacting standards, is in not simply good enough?
