Assuming that your Diesel car is equipped with DPF, any oil that meets MB Spec Sheet 229.51 or 229.52.
Personally in your case I would go for 5W40, but you won't go wrong with 5W30 either.

Buy the genuine oil from MB. There are often deals on Ebay. The spec you need is 229.51
