Oil spec for M120

Can anyone let me know the oil spec for the m120 engine (Plain vanilla 6L version) I don't have an owners manual and I'm curious whether it needs 229.1 or 229.3

Will run on either but since there are a lot of oil galleries to fill in a V12 I would be inclined to go for the 5w40 229.3 fully synthetic. Car oil recommendations and motorbike oil recommendations
