as above the online information should give you MOT test stations details, you can always call them up to get this information (whether they can give it is another question)

Any MOT station can give you copies of computerised MOT's with the number off the V5.

Or if you have the document reference number, there are a few people online (and on fleabay) doing reprints of MOT certificates for £10ish. The cheapest I've seen is £8 inc. P&P.

Note that they only go back as far as computerised certificates go. Beyond that, you're stuck unless you know the garage the did the MOTs originally...
