I won the same wheel via a no reserve auction a while back...same seller. I paid via paypal as directed and he phones me to say he forgot to put a reserve on the wheel and wouldn't be selling it as "We both know it's worth more than that "

Offered to sell it for a higher price and I declined.

Farmyard creature, makes a loud noise early mornings...no clues !
