om606 tuning

bought a w210 E300 om606 estate the other day

i am amazed at the way it drives,the general condition and the fact that everything still works perfect

however I got the car to tune.

because the car is so nice I am having second thoughts on the tuning route

popped in to see diesel pumps uk

the guys there are really helpful and their knowledge is second to none

tuning would be new upgraded fuel pump and hybrid turbo

this would give around 300whp approx 345bhp

still keeping original exhaust,engine untouched as would be the gearbox

Interesting. How much are they asking for that? And is that with them doing the labour or just parts?

What was the proposed spec? Are you keeping the electronic pump and changing to 7mm elements? Maybe worth while splitting the budget between new brakes/tyres and power.

changing to mechanical pump
the rest will follow as and when
brakes,suspension,wheels etc

hybrid turbo,new fuel pump and tune should see around 345 bhp or 300 whp
that's with standard exhaust and enables all functions to remain such as cruise and aircon
