Any advice would be appreciated. W221 S320 CDI OM642. Only 60k miles. Car was working fine then started misfiring with white exhaust smoke unburnt diesel after removing and refitting high pressure diesel pump as it was leaking, inside screws were loose. I have tried fitting a spare pump and no change. I have had it on a diagnostic scanner and I get fault code 2117-000 which I believe might be misfire Cylinder 5?

At idle B4/6 rail pressure shows 243.90 bar - is this too low?
Y74 pressure control valve 18.27%
Y94 Quantity Control Valve 27.63%
Current Injected Quantity 13.51 mm^3/hub

The only other strange readings I can find on live data are:
-226.69 Degrees C for B19/11 (Temperature Sensor Upstream of Turbocharger)
-236.89 Degrees C (Temperature Sensor Upstream of Diesel Particular Filter)

Correction Values:
Cylinder 1 -1.13
Cylinder 2 -4.55
Cylinder 3 5.12
Cylinder 4 -0.90
Cylinder 5 5.12
Cylinder 6 -4.08

Pressure test shows difference in cylinder 5 - possibly injector stuck open?

Thanks.

I already answered in 'other side' too - #3 and #5 are bad, change them first and do test again.

Thanks for your input. I will do a leak off test and then change injectors 3&5. I will update you guys.
The live data above was after the Mercedes specialist timed the fuel pump to cylinder 1 TDC. It now starts immediately instead of cranking for 5-10 seconds but still idles really poorly and has developed this knock - does this sound like injectors or something worse? Still smokes white unburnt fuel.
