om642 turbo pressure not enoguh despite new turbo and seals

Hello, I have Chrysler 300c 160kw crd engine with om642 engine and NAG1 merc gearbox. I have experienced lots of problems because of low turbo pressure. It goes to 2.01-2.1 bar and then it like, hits the wall, despite every computer and manual saying that it should be at around 2.2-2.5 at max acceleration.. i bought new turbo with the actuator, changed exhaust manifolds gaskets. Changed the O ring between aluminium tube bewteen intercooler. I made like, testing tubes. I can pump up to 2.4 bar for sure, igniton off, without problems and the pressure does not dissapear.
I bought new turbo with included Hella actuator
New EGR
New EGP
New turbo with actuator and exhaust gaskets
New pressure sensor in the intake manifold(around under ignition coil block)
New gaskets between turbo and both exhaust gaskets in between heads. no exhaust leaks anymore.
Changed the turbo, slowly, carefyully warmed up the engine, it was at around 2.3bar. Excellent. carefully drove home. It goes fine. But now it does not go higher than 2bar. it goes to exactly 2bar. Anfd sometimes pops up LOW BOOST PRESSURE p0299
Any help?
Any info about MAF sensor? How much it should be? ita about 40g at idle, 130g/s at max boost. I fund a thread that said that new MAF at max boost shows around 240g/s at good conditon.
