Om651 fuel filter

Hi guys I'm looking at changing my fuel filter and currently fitted to the car is A651 090 28 52 however is A651 090 29 52 an alternative only difference I can is a hose for bleeding I think?

i got mine from ecp mann filter, you wnt need to bleed it just turn ign on for 10 secs do that twice it be fine
