So the C350 coupé is now sold, had the car for 3years done over 20k miles in it and it was amazing, not missed a beat and the economy was amazing for a 3.5L V6, great car!

I've replaced it with... Hmmm I don't know how to say this.. OK, I won't tell you I'll just show you...:O

2012 M3 with Competition pack.

Yes Bruno will be mad, he'll never talk with you again.

BUT it is a stunning motor. :thumb:

Enjoy.

Ant. :D

Ha! Thanks guys.

It's not an AMG but still lovely to drive, MDCT is a great gearbox, almost as good as the PDK in the Porsche.

I personally love it, it's a well balanced car.

Sound is slightly disappointing considering it's a 4L V8 but I can live with it, it's one reason to get it up to 8.5K rpm to hear it as down low it's really quiet.

It also has a useless tiny tank, think £45-50 pounds fills it up :O

Handling is incredible, it feel amazing to drive on B roads.

I said I wouldn't modify it and I'm keeping it stock but already changed the chrome grill to gloss black, lol!!

WTF?? plastic fantastic dash, Abit late for for a april fools?? lol

If it's anything like my Evo - it will handle like a dream.

The M4 I drove recently at Palmersport certainly did.

Nice one.

Have a search for Pauls Car Welding .. He does a great exhaust mod. He is on M3Cutters

I owned the four door saloon version for a month about a couple of years back.

Great car, very focused, I had the manual box which I found suited the car so much more than the other thing.

Two main negatives were the suicidally depressing interior and the exhaust sound (if you can call it that) how BMW manage to make a V8 N/A sound so poor is quite an engineering feat.

Lol congratulations in your new mota mate no my choice of car ,but the most important thing is that you happy with it.
Ps:you'll soon fed up with it and flog it...lol

An alternative viewpoint might be that an understated interior encourages concentration on the road instead of inside gizmos and that a quiet exhaust is considerably more sociable, especially on startup at night amongst houses.

Its OK - I've got my tin hat on now.

I was very close to getting a 4dr saloon with the dct last year. Ma mate wrote his off but said it was a bloody good car.

Used to have an e92 M3 , still great cars. :thumb:
