So the un-named manufacturer made a goodwill offer to the consumer of a three year service contract and one month's finance payment, and after rejecting that and going to adjudication they got £150 instead.

So the un-named manufacturer made a goodwill offer to the consumer of a three year service contract and one month's finance payment, and after rejecting that and going to adjudication they got £150 instead.

Aye, but that £150 was the result of months of wrangling and escalation, so no-one should assume that it would be an easy £150 claim.

(For context, during the same period, the car itself "probably" lost a third of its original purchase price.)
