To realise that price it would need a full and comprehensive service history. There appears to be very little history for the first 17 years of the car's life. And the numbers on the odometer look misaligned !

surely at this age you buy on condition and make an offer accordingly.

Looking at the engine bay and especially the air filter housing I'd believe the mileage. Those speedo's do have a tendancy to rock and roll a little just after a big number. I have one of these with less miles and would be happy to get 4500. Not a stunning colour, but that's just the eye of the beholder.

It surely can't make more than 5k?
