A number of ICE cars cant be towed at any decent speed or distance for one reason or another , often to do with a 4x4 system or differential . But you can at least push them out of the way . As I said in a previous post some kind of drive disconnect system will have to be developed if EVERY car on the road is going to be an EV in the future.

I am just wondering whether an ICE car out of fuel would have actually been either refuelled or pushed up the ramp by staff. As I posted before, I suspect that health and safety regulations applicable at the Westfield car park would have prohibited staff from doing either, and a recovery vehicle would have been summoned.
