a very big thumbs down to opie oils,i placed an order friday after seeing on their site that delivery would be within 3 days,booked the car in localy to have oil and filters changed,looked on opie oils site and my order has not even been dispatched,very poor service,i will never use this company again.

Ring them up and speak to them. They do have a good rep and are helpful from my experience. People do make mistakes, what is more important is how they get it resolved. Give them a chance...

Your experience must have been a one-off - it's inconvenient and I sympathise, but as jazzyglobe said I suggest you give them a call.
