ouch!! new brake lines

just dropped my recently purchased 124 coupe off at the dealers for a service and check over.service price wasnt too bad (£150) good news is they say its mostly in good health,,,,but needs a full brake re-line,including flexi pipes.had to sit down for a while to mentaly digest the £370 quoted to do the work,dont actually think thats too terrible aslong as they do a bloody good job as i reckon it would probably take me the best part of two days to renew all the pipework. Am i tottaly mad???

yeah main dealer,will let you know how well it looks when i get it back.glad you think its a bargain,just hope i can sell off my cx and my ninja to pay for the rest of the jobs that need doing. oh and sorry ive just noticed this thread is in the wrong place

as per usual with dealers there are always extras,still not too bad tho,full brake re line,2x no.plates ,2x lower control arm,full service and mot all for just shy of £800.would have been a damnet site cheaper to do it myself,but there is something nice about a full dealer s/history and the growing pile of bills! just the wing some bodywork and the driver seat to sort out now,,,,,
