Ridiculous a suspended sentence, lol. Basically an extended asbo with a stricter punishment if breached

Two of those clips of cars were definitely sped up, and the police footage was of someone doing a runner from police. Not something which is common considering car enthusiasts would still like the freedom to drive their car

Also what do they constitute as 'cruising'? Convoy of vehicles heading in the same direction and congregating in one location? What if they're doing so but staying within the law i.e not driving like idiots or speeding
