I washed my car. I was given some autogylm car shampoo by a mate for a birthday present (sense he was taking the P).

Well I actually used it and the car looks ace.

And its put a stop to the office vandals who have taken to writing "also available in black" on it.

See Druk (and others), told you I'd clean it:p

 Did you run over your left foot!! :D

They say that the best looking people are completely symetrical. :D

Regarding your headrest, have you tried lowering it as far as it goes so it supports the nape of your neck rather than the middle of the back of your head? This way, it would allow you head back a little further.

Also, does your seat back have spring adjustment? If it were tighter, you would be a little further forward in the seat which might help some.

Explains 5 years of bachelorhood very well :o despite being a very nice fella really

Did this for a while and it worked, but I felt the rest was to low and in a crash it would be provide less protection for my head than if it were higher.

Whats spring adjustment?

It has a lumber support and can go back and forth. I've moved the seat base 1 notch closer to the wheel and reclined the back a bit more, it doesn't feel too bad but I prefered the old position but it was causing neck acke.

I thought those headrests are designed to go in the nape of your kneck... thats why they are sculpted that way.

Risk of injury Make sure that the central area of the head restraint supports the back of your head at about eye level. You could seriously injure your neck if your head is not correctly supported by the head restraint in the event of an accident. Never travel without a correctly adjusted and engaged head restraint.

Risk of injury When folding back the head restraint side bolsters, do not put your hands between the side bolster and the cushion holder. There is a danger of becoming trapped.

Safe driving courses advised that generally centre of skull shouldn't coincide with centre of head restraint.

But guidance on correct head restraint position can be found here. Seems to suggest otherwise though.

I'm guessing someone at work has sponsered you to clean it for Red Nose Day. Looks nice though....did any work colleagues possibly get you some polish to go with it?
