Out of date car prices

Does anyone collect old Glasses Guides?
Does anyone know how I can find out what the guide price on a second-hand car was in October 2007?
(It's a long story!)

If it's a normal car could you extrapolate (non-linear I know) between its new price and its second-hand price today? Maybe also see how the same car but 5 years older compares.

I can check for you at the garage on Saturday as I know we have some old ones thrown in the cupboard but no idea what year they are from
