Outlook express time

Messages comming into my inbox are seeming to take ages to arrive.I noticed the time recieved is wrong.how can i change the recieved date and time to display the correct time.
PS my clock and date on the puter are correct.

send yourself an email and check the date/time sent and received

you may find its the senders pc where the date/time is incorrect.

my dads pc is set to nov 2003 and his emails always appear at the bottom of the list instead of the top with the latest - infuriating
