Indeed. Even when travelling at less than 240kph on the Autobahn I experienced traffic pulling out in front of me with no warning. I don’t believe those people who claim that Autobahn drivers are used to being overtaken at high speed so are more careful.

It's so hard for slower traffic to gauge the immense approach speed from the rear view and side mirrors. These people mainly want to make progress and get from A to B, but the high speed Germans are uber-aggressive and tailgate aggressively in order to exhibit their frustration.

I wince and pull a larger gap when I see these events unfolding in front of me.

yeah, I'm actually going to admit to this... I went back to the video to have a look
