P0122 throttle position (tp)(app) switch a low input

Engine management light on checked with cheap diagnostic tool comes up p0122, has any one experienced this before I see that their is two bolts on the accelerator pedal to removal and a sensor attached, tight wiring going from sensor under carpet.
Questions are does the wires go to throttle body? Or ecu? Is there a 2nd position sensor or does anyone know a way to fix ? Plz
