P0410 code on my E200k 2000/X

Hi, have just code read my e200k after the engine light came on last night.
I know the code P0410 is secondary air injection malfunction...
For the last week the car has been hesitation on acceleration are the two things linked? & where is the air pump? Or could it be a relay/fuse?
