Hi guys, just a quick one. I own a c220 cdi 2011. I came back from holidays and the car is throwing fault p245414, differential pressure sensor.
shall i just order one from Merc as I have located and found the part number or there is something else that I can check prior?
Part cost £65 but I’ve seen a Merc video that it says might be the wiring harness?
Suggestions more than welcome.

Could this have an effect in the gears as for the moment I can’t manually change up gears and the car is not revving more than 3.200?

Cheers

Could it be that your battery is not up to scratch having been unused for some time.

I thought about it, I drove like 150 miles though prior the fault.
And then next day the fault came in the dash.

I have ordered the part already so I’ll replace it Monday-Tuesday. I was just wondering if this has any effect in the gearbox as it sims odd to my not mechanic brain.
