Paint code for W202 C240 1998 front grill (part no. 202-888-03-23)??

Hi everyone. I fancy sprucing up my front grille by giving it a respray but I can't seem to find a code for the colour of the plastic?

Is there a way to find out the colour or is this a case of taking the car to a professional paint place and they find the closest match? The colour code stated on the chassis is "744" which is "Brilliant Silver Metallic" but the plastic grille seems to be more of a grey colour.
