Paint code help

Hello all, hope you are keeping well
I am hoping someone can help me with a paint code, I have a paint code 753M for my mates 2000 reg W210, The problem is everywhere i have searched i can only seem to find a 753 code (tektitgrau), I am wondering is there a difference between the 753M and the 753 colours and if so would someone have the proper name for the 753M code,

Hi, 753 is Tektite grey metallic. Disregard the M, we think it just means metallic.
