as some off you know the w124 came in 2 colours top half of the car eg blue piant code is on the vin plate but the bottom half of the car would be a darker blue would any body know where that colour code number is or what part on the vin plate do i look cheers

hi rodger thanks for that but still it only seems to have 1 paint code on it 348 pearl blue metallic top half but i was looking for the bottom have colour maybe i am blind can you help again

If your car is pearl blue/ice blue/perlblau --348 then the corresponding darker trim colour is Andorblau metallic-- 5301 Colors

where did you get that from i am chuffed to bits

If you use the colors link and input your car details you should get it.Its the only site I know of that lists MB paint/trim combinations.
