Paint mask, FFP3 ?

I looked into the two basic types of face mask which should be ok for occasional use.

The basic disposable face mask above which is rated at FFP3, this is a very fine mask which stops small particles but no vapour.

A second type uses a disposable cartridge filter made with charcoal this stops both fine particles and vapour but is limited to 28 days exposure once the seal is removed.

Go to ebay, look on the car pait/Bodywork, 3m do a mask and it's not expensive, you have to be carefull if you are using 2K paints but the new water based are not dangerous, but would still advise a mask.
