Paint sealer

I have had the bodywork tidied up and would like to seal it with something to try and protect it from all kinds of wear and tear including chips..

Has anyone got any suggestions

I think you will struggle to seal the paint to protect from stone chips. The only product I could suggest for this is 'Paintshield' film. I've had it on the front of the wife's 350Z for the last 5 years and no chips at all!

To protect the paint finish once polished to the desired finish I use Pooboys EXP sealant usually 2 applications then top with a good quality wax - P21S for summer & Collinite for winter. The sealant certainly helps protect the polished finish.

There are others which can be applied 'Superguard' is one but have no experience of them.

^ +1 I use poorboys sealant, in fact I use their polishes too and they are brilliant, but always finish of with P21s wax or P222 as it is know known best wax for a wet gloss shine I've ever used
