Can anyone help my sister please?

She has a silver W208 CLK which was damaged by the home delivery driver. There is a deep dent in the rear wing.

She has to submit a quote to the supermarket, who will then verify it and give her the go ahead to get it done. They have already agreed to the damage, it's just a case of submitting a quote.

She lives in Harrow, so ideally somewhere nearby but the main thing is that is has to be somewhere very good and reliable and proffesional, not some back street one man band job.

Many thanks to all for your help in advance.

I would just like to thank very much my brother, and the forum members whom recommended this place to me on a recent forum. Tony Fowkes Autos

Damage was done on the back of the car by Tesco home delivery driver, deep dents. On largest wing of my beautiful pride and joy.
After recieving a recommendation on mbforum.co uk (THIS THREAD)

I called to arrange an estimate to the damage done on my car,
Roger and Andy were brilliant from the offset. On visiting a really smart clean garage, I spoke to Roger who made me feel at ease,
The knowledge was of the highest quality and i realised why this garage was so well recommended to me.
I received my estimate to within a coupe of days. They even liaised with Tescos head office for me, by faxing quotes over. Saved me time!

The dents have not been filled, but the panel was completely removed and put right and reprayed. I have just collected my car. I am very pleased. More so to drive a real car again, rather than some yuk tinny BMW hired to me by Tesco.

The garage is clean and the service is so friendly, it can be very intimidating for women going to garage bodyshops.

But this place was great. I will certainly be recommending Tony Fowkes to all my friends and relatives.

And i hope to visit again one day! Hopefully by choice and not by someone else damaging my car.

Again Thank you to my wonderful, handsome, smart, clever, helpful, caring, sharing Brother. And all of your Forummers. And Thank you Roger and Tony Fowkes.

(I may have editted that ever so slightly at the end there)

Ah - there was a silver CLK just like this when I dropped off my W124 for remedial works last tuesday!

I'm glad it was done well, they are friendly, helpful and good at what they do, plus their father, Tony, was a Mercedes UK works rally driver.
