Paint Spots On Leather

My recently purchased CLK appears to have a few small paint spots on the leather interior. Can anyone recommend a way to remove them without damaging the seats?

If it was me, I would try surfex mixed 10:1 with a horse hair brush.

It's not a lot just a number of small paint spots that refuse to come off when scratched with my finger nail or anything else...
