I am wondering if it is possible to paint the front and back plastic valances and the sills, (which are all coloured black) on my pre-face lift 1999 SLK 230 kompressor? as I would like to colour code them.

If so is it also possible to colour code the plastic/rubber jacking point covers on the sills? or are there alternative jacking point covers which I can buy?

Any help or suggestions welcomed.

Yes it is possible. Although different types of plastic require different primers and techniques. Anything flexible, like rubber, also needs an additive to allow the paint to flex and not crack.

Yes as Moose says you do need all of those additives other wise the paint will not stick

Thanks guys!
