Any suggestions for replacing filters on C63s? Looking for aftermarket rather than OEM and don’t want issues with MAF.

Apart from inferior filtration and additional cost the aftermarket air filters offer nothing.

Alternatives such as BMC are usually much better than OEM.

I was joking ....
One would gain nothing from a simple filter change. Airflow is not restricted by the OEM filter.
Change the induction pipe size, filter size and throttle body and a dyno remap then you might see a small increase in power

As mentioned in previous posts then when combined with a tune then a good filter in an enclosed box will assist. Gains at best are marginal but tend to be an improvement on stock filters. Foam or Cotton?

For me, such tweaks dont pass the bum dyno.....

On my old S2000, a K&N filter made naff all difference...a full induction kit resulted in a lot more noise...and a drop of 2-5 mpg....
