Parameter steering as far as i know is a speed sensitive steering. Its light at low speeds and tightens up as you increase speed.
Not sure if yours has it. Easy way to check is to go into the Favourites section and into the thread called Car specs. Type in your VIN number and see if it comes up on the options list.
