parameter steering loss

steering is heavy when parking could someone tell me where solonoid valve is or could it be speed sensor thanks in antisipation ..... sorry forgot to say its an e320cdi 02 year 210.000miles its definatly got parametric steering one of the first thanks

The valve is on the rack pinion casing. Is there any warning lights on? If the BAS/ESP light is on it may affect the PMS system.

cccccccc.....no warning lights.. been a poblem for over 1 year. heavy only when parking .never got better or worse ..is the valve elecricaly activated from a sensor could it be a sensor where is the sensor located ... thanks in antisipation zzzzzxxxxxxx
