Park brake flashing and beeping

Hi I hope somebody can help me. I have a sprinter 4x4 on a 2014 plate. In the last few months the park brake light would light up on the dash and go out, but now it stays on more than not also the big red screen lights up with message bark brake warning and a beeping that is driving me up the wall!!! The handbrake is off the switch has been replaced but still happens, fluid has been checked. Anybody got any ideas on what it could be?

Have you checked your discs and pads? Maybe something is worn and needs replacing?

I had the rear brakes done when I first got the van a few months ago, and no warnings on the dash after that. The front pads have about 50% life left in them.
