Parking brake wire

Hello .
I just finished to install my Clarion Navigation in my c200k 2003
I have only one wire left to connect , its the parking brake wire signal
it is verry difficult to reach the swith, I know that the wire goes from the switch to the front SAM , but where is the front SAM??.
Doe's any one ccan advise where to trace this wire .
Please help

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO dont connect that to the parking brake!

instead connect it to a permanent ground!!! otherwise you wont be able to use DVD while the car is moving or another AV source if you decide to connect one, basically this overides that function.

it's iilegal to watch DVD on the move and a Warning sign will come up if you are moving and try to watch DVD or TV on the Clarion while on the move so instead of them trying to prevent this by using the speed pulse they did this with that parking brake, this means it can be overridden as they know many people wouldnt buy it if it couldnt be!

I have clarion and mine is parking brake is connected to permanent ground, SteveNL has Clarion and this is the way he has wired it also - save yourself hassle and do it that way.
