i am currently in the process of fitting a RVC in my 2012 W212.
It seems a straightforward job, from what I can tell, the only hitch was the number plate camera was not suitable for my lights as they are integrated LEDs .
I have ordered a new one specifically with leds built in.

I'll post some pics when done

Your car might be a model year 2014 version which means it will support the moving guidelines.

A full factory reverse camera, properly installed as per factory, coded and calibrated with datacard update is £599 - £749 depending on the car and its age/model etc.
