Lived in Brighton for 15yrs, parking was bloody horrendous

Brighton, I have found on the occasions I visit the wife at work there, is very car unfriendly. Car parks are horrendously expensive and the road layouts appauling.

It looks like he reversed up onto the bonnet of the car behind given the dent on it - then a quick lock to lock and down again onto the ground and that's where it ends up...
