Part identification please

I was trying to look for leaks in my air/vacuum system on my 1995 C36 AMG and have managed to snap a part which I am not sure what it is called or part number. Any help would be appreciated. Its the grey vacuum line running from near the fuse box into the body and if I was to take a educated guess would be a pneumatic vacuum coupling or something.
